The Rector and Staff
The Uganda Episcopal Conference (hereafter UEC) entrusts the responsibility of the formation of the Seminarians and daily direction and administration of Kinyamasika Seminary to the Rector and Staff. They directly share the responsibility of forming the Seminarians.
The Rector, Rev. Fr. Dr. Vincent Muhindo is the head of this Theologicum. The Rector is appointed by the Congregation of Evangelization of Peoples upon the recommendation of the UEC. His duty among others is the overall responsibility for the formation of the Seminarians and the running of the Seminary, assisted by the Staff Members.
Currently the Chairman of Uganda Episcopal Commission for Priestly Formation and Institutes of Consecrated has not yet appointed a Vice Rector to assist and deputize the Rector.
